Need to Update Your Address?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible regarding your address change. While we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to update this, we will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on its current status.
To request an update, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “URGENT: Update Address” and include the following details:
- Full name
- Order number
- Address line 1 (street, number)
- Address line 2 (apartment, building, etc.)
- City
- Postcode
- Country
Please note: If your order is already being prepared for shipment, we can no longer make any changes to your delivery address. Once your shipment is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. At that point, we recommend contacting your courier to redirect your parcel while it’s in transit.

- Australia (AEDT): Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEDT
- UK (GMT): Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM GMT
Please note that any requests submitted outside of these hours or over the weekend will be addressed on the next business day and may be more challenging to process promptly.
