Need to Change Your Order?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible regarding your request to change your order. While we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to make changes, we will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on its current status. Please note that once an order has been packed or shipped, we can no longer make any changes.
Changes include:
- Addition or removal of items
- Changes to item colour/size
- Change in TOG
To request an order amendment, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “URGENT: Change Order” and include the following:
- Your order number
- Full name
- The changes you’d like to make (if it’s a like-for-like product, we may be able to assist; otherwise, we may need to issue a refund for you to place a new order).
Customer Service Hours:
- Australia (AEDT): Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEDT
- UK (GMT): Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM GMT
Requests outside these hours will be addressed the next business day.
If we’re unable to make the change in time, you will still be able to return the items once they arrive.
