Missing an item from your order?

We understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t go as expected. While our warehouse team takes great care to minimise picking errors, occasionally, mistakes do happen. 

We recommend reviewing your order confirmation to verify if the missing item was listed.

To help us resolve this issue swiftly, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:
  • Your order number
  • Confirmation if the correct packing slip with your name and details was included
  • Details of the missing item (product, size, TOG, print)
  • Was the package damaged upon delivery?
  • Did you receive any additional items?
  • A photo of the items you received
